Terrible Solar company
DO NOT USE THEM!!! They are the worst installation Company you can ever choose. I had them install a high-end Deye solar system worth over R100k. The after sales service is terrible. They rushed me into making a payment without ascertaining if I was happy with their workmanship. 1. To date, I have not received my C.o.C. (installation was done in the beginning of July 2026. 2. They damaged my appliances I.e. Fridge, Microwave and geyser. 3. They also broke my ornaments and a personalised whiskey gift set. 4. They ignore calls, WhatsApps etc I'm sure there are a million other companies out there you can find. A very tough and expensive lesson learned.

I received good services
Their service was good and communication was good. Got my solar delivered installed and that made me happy. When small issues began to surface their customer service was timely. I have no complaints.

Perpetual Energy SA : I did their installation in March 2026, quoted for some devices, and not all of them were installed. After installation, the communication started to lack when needing their service. They ignore my messages; no wifi ****le as quoted, no geyser times as quoted and paid; no longer taking my calls. We are stuck, as instead of saving on electricity, we are buying more to charge the battery. After connecting, support is very poor. We are still struggling today to get hold of them. Wi-Fi ****le installation is a requirement to monitor the usage, and the geyser timer as paid is needed

Dishonored service provider
Installed solar, no CoC (Certificate of Compliance) was issued and earth leakage totally disconnected. This CoC are required by law. Followed up with the office but totally ignored me and no electrician to rectify the faults caused by the installer This company needs to be reported to ECASA, (electrical contractors association of South Africa). Quotation was made for different products than these that were installed, and some of the items on the quotation was not presented.
