no more Peroni boat

After taking many of our visitors on the Peroni over the past number of years, it will no longer be happening! We tried( yes, three of us) for nearly three days to get through to them by every available number and by email... all to no avail .We were awaiting details to do an EFT for our booking 8 people. As our overseas visitors only had two days in Cape Town, my daughter had to drive to the Waterfront to sort the problem out. A whole morning of her holiday wasted. She then saw another catamaran trip while looking for the Peroni lot and decided to stop the aggravation there and then and booked with them. And what a wonderful afternoon was had by all. So in future we will be choosing them over the Peroni. I daresay they have had a bumper season anyway , but we have overseas visitors throughout the year. We will never use them again and will spread the news of their DON"T CARE attitude . All it would have taken was answering the phone once out of no less than fifty calls made. Shame on you Peroni ! A good product is no good without decent service
