Pushing me into extreme financial strain

Absolutely garbage. Installs water meters in our units without letting us know (we found out after a full day without water that someone else had our meter and we need to now find it). Soon after, we discover that we have a leak which forces us to purchase water every second day. We have used 7500 liters of water in the first 18 days of this month (should I even begin to talk about the financial implications of this). Sent approximately 7 emails. These emails are just ignored by Permanent Trust.
