Permanent Trust is your worst nightmare. Installs water meters in our units without letting us know. Then the water pressure got too low so we couldn't shower. Don't return emails or calls after months. Moenina ignores all queries. We had to move out and now we struggle to get our deposit back. Absolute garbage!
