PERMANENT TRUST - NOT

This is the worst company to deal with. My daughter rented a house until end December 2018. We paid a deposit just short of R20k and after she moved out they gave us less than R6k back. I've been struggling for weeks to get a break-down of what they deducted from our deposit. My daughter and I have been trying to get this information from Moemina at Permanent Trust in Cape Town without any luck. If ever you want to rent a place, please do not go through this agency. They are useless.
