Permanent Trust is a Permanent Disappointment

I have had a very bad experience with this realtor. After submitting applications with extensive supporting documentation to rent any one of three different properties let by Permanent Trust I received two responses along the lines of "are you even employed?", ridiculous enough to lead me to assume the agent must be illiterate, followed by a period of silence and non-response to my emails. Each time I tried phoning their offices I was told "the agent is in a meeting". When I eventually got through to an agent on the 3rd of January I was told the agent who was supposed to be processing my application hadn't bothered in the slightest and had gone off on a two week holiday. The next agent who said she would process my application "by C.O.B" as she put it told me further documentation would be necessary. I submitted this documentation and waited 3 days to be told that she "was in a meeting all day and couldn't speak to the landlord" causing me to lose the final available rental. This is all after being the first to view all three.
