It is 2 months that we have moved into Becca Villas. I am concerned and becoming frustrated that the issues that was logged and noted since I moved in is still not seen to. WAS logged on 29 June. Below is all the maintenance issues that was noted on the day we moved in as the Tenants. And we as the Tenants were told that these issues will be seen to.

Dirty Mouldy walls, Buzzer at the gate for Visitors Broken. 1. Last week the electrical plug in our room was seen to and fixed by the electrician that was sent out. On the day I asked the electrician if he could also please see to the toilet light on the ground floor, cause even after we bought a new lightbulb it still wasn’t working. The electrician kindly advised me that he was only sent out to fix the plug In our room and I have to log a call to have the lights fixed. But he will have a look for me if I send an email. He had a look , and had the tools with him, so he fixed the toilet light. Was something to do with the plug and extractor. 2. My biggest frustration is the untidiness of the dirty walls. I am embarrassed to invite people over. We were told the house will be painted inside after they tried to wash the walls and that didn’t help. What options do we have in this regard? Should we have the house painted ourselves? Who will carry the costs? We moved into a house with dirty walls. The lounge, kitchen etc. needs urgent paint. The current paint is peeling and has patches, has dark marks. The shower ceilings is mouldy. It looks untidy and unattractive. 3. The buzzer at gate for our house is not working. So when we received visitors and they cannot get hold of us on our cellphones, they had no choice to but use the buttons of the other tenants. This is an inconvenience to the other tenants. I have sent these requests now complaints on the 29th of June to the Maintenance manager: Gerrit Willemse, Consultant: Moemina Dentry, and Director: William Cox

I received one email saying all my concerns have been sent to the Landlord on the 29th of June, and someone names Peter Stevens will sort me out. I haven't heard from anyone since. I am so disappointed. This is my first dealings with Permanent Trust and will not recommend anyone to do business with them. They take your money monthly and leave you stranded to sort yourself out. Lots of Empty promises. No communication. COMMUNICATION IS KEY!

Nothing has been done to date, received one email from William Cox PA to say they are looking into it. Not one phonecall, not one improvement to the house since i moved in 1 June. Yet they collect the full rental Money monthly. Wot a disgrace of a company. NO client care. Can't wait to move out and rent from another agent instead. Permanent Trust sucks big time, Lie to clients and take their money.
