Does not do their work

<p>I'm absolutely disgusted by the way I am being treated by the permnant trust group letting agents, Jodi Mitchell, I've emailed her on countless occassions and I'm hearing nothing back, I've called, I've done everything on my part to get into the renovated flats that I'm currently residing in. I don't understand how impossible it is to get back to a customer who wants to upgrade within the permanent trust property because I love it, but head office is a complete NIGHTMARE to even get hold, everyone seems incompitent and uncapable of giving even a straight answer, and the attitude of NEEDS TO CHANGE, I AM A PAYING RESIDENT WHO DOES NOT DESERVE THIS DISRESPECT. </p>
