Definitely no TRUST when dealing with this property agency

I have requested on numerous occasions our rental agency for a copy of our statement indicating our deposit as well as the interest accumulated.

Every time they have advised they will send this through and do not.

We have been tenants with them since 2012/13. Good tenants, yet they treat their residents pathetically.

Besides that fact no maintenance has been done to our place and when requesting our door be fixed at the beginning of July this too has also never happened or been attended to. We were also informed that our places will be painted which it never was, always lies.

I have mailed them, called the offices, left messages and still nothing.
