After one year the roof leaked again

After one year Permanentroofing replaced the whole roof it was leaking this week at exactly the same spot where it leaked before the whole roof was replaced by them. I called Dale and a few hours later some workers showed up - told me that the isolation is loose. Since then I haven't heard anything :-( ....
