Lots of stories, issues and drama

I booked for eyebrow micro blanding at Permanent Makeup to Bella on the 16th August 2016 to be done on 1st week of October and paid a full amount in advance & I have a signed receipt and amount I paid to Bella. I called on the 3rd October to find out about the exact date of my booking then I was told the lady who's supposed to do my eyebrows is no longer there and she's working elsewhere. Today on the 6the October 2017 I went there without them calling me and I was given a proof of payment that my money was given to the lady who left and they said I have to ask her for my money. Funny enough I gave them my money in cash and I have proof with Bella's signature on it but how come I was not called or asked if it's okay for them to give my money to the lady who was suppose to do my eyebrows so that she can still do it elsewhere or what. Today it was drama and they called the security and the police just for my refund of R1450 and why they had to include me into their drama . Worse I did get my money back from where I paid it at Permanent Make Up in Bellairs Mall. PS the lady who left said they took my money and they still owe her lots of money and the proof means nothing to her because i didn't give her my money, I gave my money to Bella who's still working there. They need to refund me and sort out their issue.
