Be careful of PISA's unprofessional behaviour and lack of refunds. They have now blocked my emails so that requests for the refund just bounce.

The permaculture-institute-of-southern-Africa did not refunded my course fees for Joel Salatin course that was cancelled because of Covid, which they promised to repay but never did despite several email requests. After that PISA said that I could rebook for a later Salatin course which I did not want to attend at inconvenient date and had already complained that online web meetings are not the same as a live course as one does not get to meet similar minded people and/or the presenter. If I had wanted to do a Salatin pdf online course I could and would rather have done it directly on his very professional website that has been available for many years.

I see that I am not the only person burned by PISA Permaculture Institute of Southern Africa as there are three other people complaining about lack of refunds on HelloPeter.

PISA permaculture-institute-of-southern-africa is spoiling the reputation of Permaculture Institute international and I will be complaining to their original Australian founder organisations.
