Absolute Permaculture Ethics failure

Unfortunately I am not able to rate this business -5, so I had to go with 1 to continue. Since 2022 Belinda Ross has been playing games, booking me on courses (payment upfront), and then cancelling, usually after I had purchased my air tickets to attend and confirming with her that I had booked. To date, she owes me and my sister over R45k and has now disappeared off the radar.

Is there anyone out there instituting action against her, that I can join with?
