Provident Fund Pay Out

I have been working for Perla for 8 months and my contract was terminated in August 2025. My challenge is that when I app**** for my provident fund from Perla, I got a feedback that I will get it from 6 to 8 weeks. I am now approaching 5 months waiting for my provident fund pay out. i made necessary follow ups and was promised to get my funds within a week. It is painful because I am not getting any answers moreover they are now not picking up my calls and also not responding to my emails. All I want is my provident fund money or answers as to what happened to my money.
