Afternoon, so I was called by this lady who advised me on perks told me about the benefits and that I would first get a voucher for movie tickets which I needed to accept the debit for which came through as a debit check not for the movie tickets amount but a R160 amount which I was told was mandatory so I accept I initial didn't use any benefit and got debited on the 27th Feb 2025 when i download the app to use these so called benefits they mentioned i have no benefits as they awaiting payment, so i would like to be refunded that R160 and we can cancel this.
