Cancellation of the policy *** and refund of my money

Guys have sent you numerous emails to cancel your service which is emotionallu and financially draining me instead you sent me consultant to asked me to accept the debits,I have even went to the bank to decline or rather suspend the debit but still you deducted my money,I spoke to one of your consultants on Thursday at around 12:05 or 10 past still asking me to accept which I declined and advised him not to call me as I was not your client, and the other one by the name of Thobeka as I relate my story while trying to tell me about accepting the debit I declined and asked her not to call again,she assured me that she sent email too so that this thing of you being cancelled but still not, I will be glad if you call be when you have cancelled this and never debit my account every and every cent to you took from me as Clientile I would like it to be paid back,I don't want anything from you as Clientile and the worst part I don't have an agreement with you.all i want is my peace of mind and my money
