Perkins installations NO SHOW for fixing their mistakes- ripping off customers

On 19 March the owner called me back and told me that I need to remove my bad rating from Hello Peter I told him I can only do that once they come to fix their poor workmanship ship. He promised me that he himself will be at my house that Friday to fix the issues. But again he want me to remove this post. Told him it will never happen Guess who never pitched that Friday. I've been treated like I don't know what is going regarding the installations. Bad move as although I dont do installations anymore I still keep up with technology.
