Big con

Got a quote on the phone for just under R1000 the guys came and fitted then gave me a bill for R3012!!! When I phoned the office to query they told me I had a HD decoder and needed a smart something or other and that's why it was so expensive. I argued but ended up paying just to get rid of the guys in the house. I would never use them again and would strongly suggest nobody else does either
