FALSE ADVERTISING

I needed raincoats. I went online and found the raincoats that I wanted on the perkal gifts site. I mailed the order for 10 raincoats to Lesterina Molepo (***) The raincoats were advertised for R107.23 each ex vat on the site. I get this response mail from Lesterina :

Hi Miguel I hope this mail finds you well and thank you for your enquiry. Please find pricing based on 10 units below, please note prices exclude vat Contract Rain Coat - PGIFTSUCON-RC Price per unit R133.24 (my apologies but web price is incorrect and will be fixed shortly) Colours Available: navy We have stock in Medium , large, 2XL and 3XL Many thanks. Naturally please don't hesitate to contact me anytime for further assistance.

When I phoned the company and spoke to Lesterina directly, I stated that the price on the web, was the price that I would pay for the items. She then said that I must send her a new mail again stating this, so that she could then refer it to management and then she would let me know what there decision would be. I asked to speak to a manager regarding this, she then stated that Mr Moodley, only communicates via e-mails and not telephonically. When I asked her for Mr Moodleys email address, she refused to give it to me. I find the company's attitude to be wrong. You cannot advertise a price on the website, then when someone wants to order , you just get told that the price advertised is incorrect - THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING !!!!
