Absolutely disappointing......

Being part of a corporate social committee is probably one of the hardest tasks because you have to find suitable gifts for more than one person, in fact for a group of people. I called to ask for some a list with some options for Father's Day at around midday, I kept being promised that the email was coming. At around 16:00 I spoke to a gentleman who was rude and passive aggressive, he spoke to me like I was a 2 year old and the more I tried to explain my position, the more he proceeded to speak over me, he told me that they couldn't provide me with the list I wanted and I should just go on the website and "PICK AN ITEM ALREADY"... I did that, called him and requested an invoice. COB, no list, no email, no call back, no invoice. NOTHING.
