These ******** took my money, a week later I followed up on my order using the email provided *** and received a reply from Cathy saying goods had been dispatched the previous Friday and I should allow 4-8 working days for delivery. The time period expired with no further emails and no delivery despite my request for a tracker number. I contacted LOOX that verified their customer reviews and was told they could not assist I need to contact the shop directly. To date no delivery or further feedback but they took my money.
