Poor service and empty promises

My church needed a fence installed. I met the MD of PerimiFence on site, and we agreed on a number of things. When the guys installed the fence they didn't do it as what was agreed. It was installed on the 19 December 2018. I told the foreman I was not happy. PerimiFence was just interested that we pay. I met them at the church and I told them we will do the payment, but the processing takes a bit of time. He said it was fine and we agreed to some changes which he would do at no cost and he would finish the job. Needless to say, more than a month down the line, they were paid and we are sitting with an incomplete job. I would not recommend them, I work in the construction industry and can assure you, there are better guys available!!
