Don't use Pergola Depot!

I ordered a pergola, tiling & cement slab from them on 2 Nov 2015. My pergola should be the structure, stained wood + polycarb roof. I paid for 100% of the materials by 7 Nov. When they finally showed up after some screaming & shouting mid Dec 2015 without ever seeing the site to do the cement slab, I paid another 50% of the labour. Up to today, 5 months later, 75% of money paid, and after I had to pay extra for my own tiler (because their tiler couldn't do the job) the project is still not done. All they completed was the cement slab. The day they started building the pergola beginning March 2016, they arrived, asked where the nearest hardware store is & went to buy the wood. No polycarb as yet.(I paid for the materials in FULL 5 months ago). They finished only half of the pergola structure then they had to go to another site & left me hanging up to now. Today, on the public holiday, they promised to work on it, but cancelled again. They cannot arrange their days, they make promises they don't keep, if they do pitch up it is only to do bits of the job, you pay upfront for a job & materials not completed & delivered in the time they say it should take. Don't use them! Ever!
