Disappointing service and workmanship _A|_ 6X2Pergola

I ordered my Pergola at the end Sept to be ready for a function 17 Oct- I was assured that del will be 7 days. <br> They required FULL PAYMENT (R13 000), with an add R3000 cash installation fee.<br> I was informed that they were busy with a project - they would start the following week.<br> The next week there was an excuse of another client being difficult or our material being delivered to the wrong site. <br> Two days before my function they arrived with the poles that needed to be planted. I specifically asked them not to start if they would not be able to finish by the 17 and rather reschedule for the next week, but they assured me that they will plant the supporting poles and complete it the next day- didn't arrive. Function=poles sticking out of the ground.<br> Took me another 2 weeks of begging for them to pitch up one day after 2pm. As the day drew to an end it was clear that there was not enough daylight for them to complete the project. I asked to please continue the next day, but they refused - they continued until late that evening(0 visibility), insisted on installation fee and promised to do \snag list"the next day...NOT. <br> I sent photos of many snags"
