Bad service and workmanship

<p>I ordered my pergola on the 11th March. Needless to say it still isn't completed despite numerous promises. I have heard every excuse possible from broken down vehicles, stock not ready, to we had our fitter leave us. The workmanship is shoddy - there is paint all over my site, the paint has not even been completed correctly and I still don't have a roof. I have tried contacting them via email, phone, being nice, being rude and nothing seems to help. So my advise is to give them a very wide berth and find someone else to install a pergola. </p>
