ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I placed an order during the black Friday period. I received 1wrong perfum & when I reached out for assistance on their WhatsApp portal the lady made me feel like I was illiterate. She continued to say I received what I had ordered until I had to go back to the site to screenshot what I ordered vs what I got. I was also made to believe the issue would be reslved & I'd get tracking number shortly for the correct item delivery. You can take a wild guess if that happened. No resolution time frame was provided nothing. That was definitely my last purchase.
