Their perfumes last longer

Overall, I had a positive experience with Perfumology, but there is room for improvement. I placed my order on 29 May, and it was only packed on 4 June. While the delivery was completed within the timeframe they had communicated, the overall process took 11 days, which felt a bit long.

One area that could be improved is communication and transparency around the order process. It wasn't always clear what stage my order was at, and more regular updates would make the experience much better for customers.

On the positive side, I received exactly what I ordered, and I'm very happy with the quality and scent of the perfumes. The products met my expectations, and that's the most important part. With a few improvements to their order processing and communication, I believe Perfumology could provide an even better customer experience and retain more customers.
