STAY AWAY FROM ORDERING FROM PERFUMOLOGY, THEY DONT LIVE UP TO THEIR WORD.

I placed an online order on 27 March 2026 till to date, I have not received any communication from them, I called , send follow up messages on whatsapp still no response. I don't even know if my complain will make a difference as I've seen other people complain about them too. If I could I would give them no star coz they don't deserve it. They very big on sending promotional emails but when they need to live up to meeting expectations dololo. I will never order from them again.
