Refund

I ordered perfumes in March amounting to R799, including courier fees, and was not happy with the quality as advertised. I requested to return them and be refunded. I understand their return policy, which states that I will cover the courier expenses. I then received an email on April 24, 2025, saying, "Your Shipment UATLGRRW was created on your Perfumology account." The courier came to collect the items on April 29, 2025. I sent my banking details, but up to today, I have not received any response via WhatsApp or email.
