Lack of communication killing the business
You will call them, send emails and WhatsApp messages like you’re crazy and there will be no reply at all. I’ve been waiting for my order but no one or nothing assures me that I will get it or my money at this point. By far the worst experience I’ve had online shopping.

That being said thank you to the nice lady who called and assured me that my order has been processed. I also received the confirmation email shortly after. Seems like I will be smelling good this December 👍
