Lack of communication

After back-to-back complaints over email, whatsapp and having to complain on the website, I finally got a call from the company updating me of the reason behind my delayed order. Two weeks later my order is on the way.

Dear Perfumology, please do better where communication is concerned, that way, us as customers are at eaze. Without communication we get frustrated and your business gets bad reviews.
