I placed an order with perfumology 8 days ago

I placed an order with perfumology 8 days ago. Till today. I can't trace my order. When I send them a WhatsApp message I get No reply. Tried calling them today, still answer. Am begging to think that they ****med me. All I was is canceling n getting my money back
