I placed an order on 16 May 2025 and managed to make the payment on 19 May 2025, despite some initial difficulties. Unfortunately, I accidentally entered an incorrect email address when placing the order, although my cellphone number is correct and active. I have since sent multiple emails, WhatsApp messages, and also forwarded proof of payment, but have received no response whatsoever. This lack of communication is deeply concerning, and I am starting to feel that I may have been ****med.
