I had the best customer experience service with Perfumology . I contacted Ricky and the team to let them know there was an issue with my perfume bottle - it would not spray . Their response time was the fastest ever experienced in my life . They assured me they would collect it and fix the problem with the sprayer . Two hours later i got a nock at the door and it was the courier company to collect the perfume. Take into account it was a Thursday afternoon and the order would only be shipped the next day . A few days later I received the shipment order for delivery . I expected the same bottle back because I used quite a bit . To my surprise when I opened the package today a brand new bottle 🎇🎉🤓. Truly amazing service .
