Horrible!
WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Good luck on getting a response from them. Both WhatsApp and email lines are useless. I really regret placing an order here.

I placed the order Wednesday evening at 19:28 on 29/09/2025 and the following day, 30 Sept 2025, at 12:27 I requested a cancellation and refund of the order. I sent this request via your email, WhatsApp and website. To this day, I never received a single response. Only for you guys to proceed with the delivery on 03 Oct 2025 regardless of the numerous requests to cancel the order. So yes, I still want to cancel. I really would love to return these items. I was not even supposed to receive them in the first place. You could start by responding to my emails.
