Haven't Received Order

I placed an order on the 9th of August 2025 and since then, I haven't received any updates nor communication. I have called, emailed, DM'd, sent messages on WhatsApp but one one is responding to me. I should have trusted my gut feeling and not place an order. I just want a full refund now. I dint even want the products anymore. I feel so s***ed.
