Do not purchase from Perfumology!

If one can give 0 stars, I would!

After so many good reviews, I finally succumbed to trying them out.

I placed the buy one get one free. I received my order timeously. One was as it should be how be, however the other fragrance was absolutely NOTHING like what the original smells like.

I have e-mailed and WhatsApp'd numerous times. Zero reply.

The joke is I got sent a mail to ask how my order was and could leave a review. I rep**** AND left my review but still, NOTHING.

Service is shocking. They clearly have no problem lying to their customers. It's so sad.

What I can tell you, I will go back to their competitor Scentimental, who have given superb service and their fragrances have not let me down. I had one issue, which they rectified immediately and compensated me with a free bottle of fragrance to apologize for the inconvenience. Now THAT is customer service!!

Perfumology, you can do better as a business.
