Collect the leaked perfume, and replace immediately - o no, that doesn't work like that

Received a bottle out of my 3 bottles - 1 was leaking, could not even see the name of perfume, showed video of when we received this, now asking if they must collect it, I say yes - but send my replacement immediately, so when the driver collects - he can just give me my replacement - Nooooo does not work like that, now I have to wait another how many days before I get the replacement!!!
