False Advertising from Perfumery

I ordered 4 bottles and was suppose to get 4 bottles free no charge. Never got the free perfumes. I call this false advertising and what freaks me out is this company advertise on Instagtram and on TV but they cannot reply to my emails. Just no reply at all.
