Dishonest/No customer service

I wouldn't even give it 1 star. I ordered buy 1 get one free, they brag about their response time on e-mails, but I sent them an e-mail to complain about the smell of the perfumes, as it is overwhelming and made me nauseous, and they state on their website that I can return it within 7 days. As soon as I got the items, I wrote to them to return it. Still no reply from them..... This company is a ****!!!
