Never got my parcel that I payed for

I have been waiting for 2 weeks straight for someone to answer where my parcel is... And AL they say is they are attending the matter or problem.... Every damn time... I have also an business so I must wait to get my parcel so I can send out my costumers orders....... This company is not trust worthy at all.. Maby Google says it's good but trust me.... The money I payd for the oils (perfume oils SA) I could have spend on another business that actually want to do business.... Please don't buy from them
