Poor service

Purchased a special in December 2021, buy 5 pay for 4. Received my perfume, but one incorrect bottle, wrong perfume, upon enquiries, was informed that the factory was closing, December holidays and I would be sent my correct perfume when open in January 2022. Well, I enquired again in January, again in Feb, to no avail, suddenly, no one answers to the WhatsApp messages on their contact, and to date, my order was not rectified. I also indicated that one of the perfumes on the advertising was 100ml, but when I received the order, it was 50ml, I was was just told that its an error on the adverti*****t. The service is atrocious and the perfume smell lasts 1 maybe 2 hours. I will never purchase from them again.
