selling water in a bottle not perfumes

I bought Dolce & Gabbana The Only One (RED) EDP 100ml (Ladies) perfume and received it on he 29th of April 2025. It has no smell and is like water I tried contacting them but no answer. I'm so disappointed. i want my money back from these Pharas
