Item was broken and seller refuses to respond

I purchased some DKNY perfume from this seller but the spraying mechanism is broken hence the perfume is unusable. The seller reply to email, whatsapp or numerous phone calls.

There are also some subtle differences between the item I received, and one you would get from a shop for some inexplicable reason. It seems that a barcode that should be on the bottle and some stickers that should be there are missing.
