Disappointed

I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. I ordered perfume from Perfume Lounge on December 4, 2024. Despite numerous emails, WhatsApp messages, and phone calls, I was only informed on December 9, 2024, that my order had been handed over to Fastway Couriers.

Upon following up with Fastway, I was told that my parcel is under investigation and that I should contact Perfume Lounge for more information. Unfortunately, Perfume Lounge has not responded to any of my emails, WhatsApp messages, or phone calls, and I still have not received the perfume I paid for.

This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience, and I have lost a significant amount of money. If you are considering buying from them, be warned—you risk facing the same issues.
