********** company

I bought a fragrance on the 13/09/20 & till today I have not received the fragrance nor receive any feedback from the e mails I have been sending. They responded on the Facebook page and asked me to inbox proof of purchase which I did and they have not even responded to the inbox either. I am thinking that this is a ********** company but I have sent an e mail to my bank to the ***** division to investigate this company/list them as ********** company and share the information with other banks.
