Extremely disappointed customer

Hi, I purchased a Jo-Malone perfume in June 2024 and was very disappointed. It does not smell like the original and with the first spray I got an immediate scent of aged/old perfume. I sent them more than one email with no response as I wanted to return it. They ask for 24-48 hours for a response on their website via an auto response however, I am still waiting 4 months later. There is no contact telephone number which is a red flag for me. I wish I had gone onto Hello Peter before I had bought. They have BOT on their website that only responds to positive questions and not negative ones. I also went online with their chat bot to complain but never got a response
