Wow, Wow. Its been quite a while since I have received what I call an Excellent aftersales service, my wife bought couple of Perfumes from Perfume Den in East London Balfour Park Shopping Centre, Balfour Road, Vincent) (and unfortunately the one she was using broke the top and could not spray, so we then went to store to ask if there is anything they can do for us, my God without hesitation, they took the product saw that it was theirs, and sent to the factory without question, upon receiving it back they called to say we must collect. We went to collect without extra pay and to our surprise it was even topped up full as new. BIG UP Perfume Den, we will definite do business with you always and continue to refer people.
