Performance Golf- non-contactable and non-responsive.

Performance Golf has been ignoring all communication from me for more than a year. All I would like to do is unsubscribe and delete account with theme as I wish to no longer pay any fees with them. There website doesn't allow for any communication via telephone or via email. There has never been any response from them after numerous emails.
