I was in the process of buying a used vehicle advertised on Performance Cars Ltd website. I paid them a deposit ( on their request) of £250. The full purchase price was then also paid over to them before taking delivery of the car. The day the car was meant to be delivered Performance Cars Ltd canceled the deal stating that their was something major wrong with the car. I requested my money back. They refunded the lump sum I had paid BUT they have not paid back the £250 deposit stating they never received it. My bank has proven that the funds were deposited into their account. Months later now and they are still refusing to pay back the deposit. Perf Cars Ltd are ************ AND ******.
